1. Introduction

Welcome to SecureGen Systems Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our Services.

2. DevOps & Security Services

SecureGen Systems provides Fractional CTO, CISO, DevOps, Cloud Security, and related technology consulting services ("Professional Services").

• All Professional Services are subject to separate Service Agreements
• Intellectual property rights remain with respective parties as specified in Service Agreements
• We maintain strict confidentiality of client architectures and data
• NDA execution precedes any detailed technical discussions

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services and original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SecureGen Systems and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

By submitting information through our contact forms or engaging in discussions with our team:

• We consider all client technical information as confidential
• We automatically enter into an implicit NDA for preliminary discussions
• Formal NDA will be executed before detailed architecture reviews
• We follow ISO 27001 standards for information security

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SecureGen Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Issues arising from client's failure to implement recommended security measures

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
